Our psychologists ensure that our coaches know how to adapt their delivery style to match those of their delegates. They explain key learning points in different ways and reinfoce them using different learning methods. We have the flexibility to work through specific issues in the style that meets the needs of that individual.

MTM Skills Training only selects leading trainers, coaches and mentors with the most appropriate skill base, experience and training style to work with our delegates and meet their individual needs.

Some courses are available using multi-lingual training in French, German, Spanish and Italian. Past training projects include delivering in five language groups simultaneously.

Many of our trainers have also been security cleared to a high level, as we work with a number of government departments.
