MTM Communications Skills Training is based at a dedicated 350 acre training and conference facility, located in the rolling North Cotswolds countryside, near the village of Broadway in Worcestershire.

Our on-site facilities include seminar rooms, HDTV studio, radio studio and digital-editing facilities. Located within the extensive woodland campus, a range of management development challenges are available to test and develop delegates’ problem-solving and team-building skills.

Away from our training centre, we have access to regional training facilities throughout the UK and overseas, as well as a full suite of portable equipment that allows us to train clients at their own locations or at other venues chosen by them.

For delegates who join us at MTM’s Training Centre, there are 53 well-appointed, en-suite bedrooms on site within the Cotswold Conference Centre, as well as an excellent restaurant that sources local Cotswold produce for its daily menus.

Alternatively, adjacent to our Centre, highly commended, exclusive country-house hotel accommodation is available at the Dormy House Hotel.

For delegates wishing to combine leisure activities with their training break, both the Centre and Hotel provide easy access to the Cotswold Way National Trail, and the challenging greens of the adjacent Broadway Golf Club.

These extensive facilities provide an engaging learning experience in a stimulating environment. They also form the ideal setting for hosting management meetings and team development events, either as stand-alone activities or as part of a tailored training package.
